new dream career: write music for pop, r&b, and modern music. Britney, Lady Gaga, Beyonce et cetera have people write their background music (and often the lyrics too). Writing that music demands music training, computer skills (autotune for artists that aren’t actually talented - ashamed to say Lady Gaga uses autotune more than anyone else), and LOTS of professional and social networking. Of course, this requires a music degree, maybe in electronic music. and I’m sure this field is extremely competitive. I’ll probably end up with a boring job, but I can dream…
I’m going to fuck chapel hill with my brilliant plan.
Next year, parking at Warehouse is like $70 a month or something absurd. However, I have a FREE parking space a BLOCK away on Prichard Street since that’s where I live right now. Walking one block to my car will be worth $70 savings a month, for sure.
if I ever have a kid, I want one of those car seats for a bike. I’ll put my 6 month old in the seat and I’ll ride us all over town. of course, I’ll have to convince my wife that it’s safe.
jk I’m changing my major to pre-pharm or something
new dream job: parcel delivery service in NYC. they ride bikes around and deliver important boxes and letters to important people. I watched a show on it once. The goal is to deliver the package as soon as possible, so they ride REALLY fast and weave through cars and shit and have awesome bikes.
I love working. Being part of a team blah blah blah. My coworkers are great blah blah blah. $paycheck$ is what its about. I’d really rather hate my job and make three times as much. Is it too late to become a business major?
